Counting Banana Boats on Stars

I highly recommend that you listen to Counting Stars by OneRepublic while reading this because it's on my top 20 favorite songs list.  I rather enjoy it.
Ok.
Or.
Day-O the Banana Boat song because we are indeed on a boat.

While visiting Red Lake we spent a good portion of our time out on the boat.
Good fun, music, awesome views, food, and some chilly water/wind. :)

We put Grandpa at the front of the boat with the kids.  It was best to put ALL the kids together, young and old. :)

My Nephew showing us his skills.

My gorgeous niece making sure no one drowns, she's very thoughtful.
We had fun doing each others hair. Er well I had fun maybe she was just humoring her crazy aunt?!

MMM now that's the sexy beast I'm madly in love with! Looks like he has a 6 pack too!  (We actually both have 6 packs, we just keep them very protected with layers of fat.  We're considerate like that.)

He got out in the water too!  (He was much braver than I, I'm a chicken when it comes to being cold.  and ya know I didn't want to be swallowed by Nessie. Or grabbed by the undead. Or have a shark eat me.  Or suddenly sink to the bottom only to have no one rescue me in time.  I'm kind of afraid of the dark too and the further ya go down the darker it gets.)

The look on Zoey's face is joy and fear.  She's excited to see her Dad back there but very scared for him out on the water.  She was silly.  She would laugh and then cry and then laugh.  She didn't know how to respond. :)
My favorite sister drove us around most the time.

Get a look at that view!
The mountains are pretty too.

See what I mean?  We must keep the children at the front where we can keep an eye on ALL of them.

She had just ate an oreo so she refused to bare her teeth, I think she should have just done it and totally grossed you all out!

"But first let me take a selfie!"
Stupid song but sure is catchy.

So Clay and Oliver (bro-in-law)  decided to go cliff jumping.
AND
I convinced myself that the undead, sharks, nessie, depths of dark were not beneath this cliff since all theses other people were unscathed as they resurfaced.
The pictures are from far away.
You can see Clay plummeting to his death there.  Darn these people for parking their boat there, sheesh!

There I go!
I went twice.  It was nice.  It was cold.  I'm good now.  Check that one off the bucket list.

There goes my niece Aubrey.  Wasn't it nice of her to loan me her wet suit.  Better she freeze than me right?

There goes Oliver!
I'm standing at the top freezing and wishing I hadn't climbed back up there.
But seriously it was a lot higher up than this picture is giving it credit.  It was pretty much like I was standing on a gargantuan mountain and plummeting to my watery, frozen death.

Well if I'm going to get back in that boat I'd better jump!
I have a lot more respect for the people on the Titanic.
(Ya know because this is totally the same thing.  Freezing icebergs and what not.  Not that I didn't respect them before, don't get so touchy!)

Clay and Joey jumped together.

We did it!

I'm not the only one with crazy hair.

Grandpa has such a calming spirit, he put my kid to sleep.  Boating is exhausting work.

Don't worry she woke up!  We were blasting some awesome tunes and I felt the need to show you my incredible dance skills.  That's right be jealous!  Actually I'm happy to teach you some if you'd like.

Tube time! Lucy was good for a couple minutes.  Joey was bored out of us mind, oh so slow because of the little person.

                                                                      That's better!

Little Zoey went too.  She did not find this as enjoyable as her Father did.

Haha their faces. :)

We can't take him anywhere. ;)

Look at her go!

I almost froze to death but the trip was amazing!
And I never thought I'd turn into an old sappy person.  The nature up there was incredible. I highly recommend you visit Stanley, ID and stop off at Red Fish Lake, simply gorgeous.
