We start out with me driving the Mr. to Toon Town.
And it's a darn good thing I was behind the wheel because look what Clay did as soon as he got a chance to drive.
He ran right into Goofy's mailbox.
He did have to spend some time in jail.
Apparently their were some kids doing time as well, rotten children.
We made our way to Roger Rabbits Car Toon Spin.
We had no intentions of spending too much time in Toon Town but I had to try this ride because it had a fast pass.
I'm like if it has a fast pass it must be popular.
It was ok.
Better then "It's a small world"
not as thrilling as "Indiana Jones"
Bye ToonTown!
our next best sit down ride....Storybook Land.
Which was surprisingly nice.
Clay and I had never been on this ride (well at least to the best of our memory)
and we thought it was quite nice.
It had a bunch of cute little villages and such.
A good sit down ride for when you're dog gone tired, really only need to see it once tho.
We made our way back to California Adventure, I had been told not to miss Midway Mania.
So we stood in line for just over an hour.
I was getting slightly impatient.
Very tiring standing there doing nothing.
Great ride, super fun, not long enough for how long you have to wait, sheesh why doesn't this ride have a fast pass?!
As we come to the conclusion of our fabulous vacation we stopped off at the Mark Twain river boat ride.
Look how happy we are!
So I've decided in my infinite wisdom that every couple needs to ditch the kids (preferably once a year) and go on a sweet vacation.
We woke up when we wanted, ate when we wanted, if we wanted to, we rested. Back to the selfish days of just us.
Don't be fooled we missed our sweet Miss Lucy terribly.
It was great to rekindle our love tho. :)
And considering all the fun things you can do at Disneyland I'd say it was a pretty affordable trip, especially since we got to fly right out of IF town.
And I ate enough food for 3 starving teenage boys. (The food inside the park really isn't that delicious but I knew with my pregnant nose and cravings that I would not eat the food that we carried into the park. So yes you could pack lunches but when you're smelling all the delightful foods who wants to eat a cold sandwich? Just figure enough money to eat in the park-my opinion.)
Tiff's favorite ride: Indiana Jones
Clay's Favorite: Hollywood Tower of Terror (you should have seen the faces he made, silly boy)
