Check out them sweet shades!
The Easter bunny knew we'd be outside a lot this summer so he sent the girls matching sunglasses.
(I'll post Easter pix next time, maybe not, who knows? I like to live spontaneously.)
Errr maybe she gets frustrated with her sister?
(Can I just mention that I didn't dress Lucy. She's at this awesome age where she can dress herself, it's spectacular-no sarcasm. Her outfit choices on the other hand are so not in my book of fashion. Oh well you're only 4 once!)
We took advantage of this treat and shoved out into our fun new back yard.
Check it, check it! I have a green thumb!
I made sure to plant hardy things like onions, lettuce and carrots. Ya know since I have a tendency to forget to water such plants and we live in a frozen (but glorious best kept secret kind of thing) tundra.
The grass looks a little sparse huh? yeah we know. *disappointed sigh
We're working on it.
Remember our house was a foreclosure so the yard didn't get much attention for a time and it suffered the consequences.
What's terribly sad tho.... their are 7 trees in our yard, not a single one survived. :(
That's not totally true, 1/3 of one has leaves and even a couple of buds.

We've already removed two, the rest will come out this summer. With hopes to replace them with one of those pretty pink flowery ones. (Does anyone know what that is by chance? Wild cherry maybe? They're gorgeous.) And of course a honey crisp apple tree, because think of the savings! That's the best apple on the planet and everyone seems to know that so they sell them for an astronomical price.
This is us all dressed up and ready to go to church.
Oh I kid, I kid.
The girls were given a tub full of dress up clothes for Christmas this year from their most incredible, model like, perfect, charming, witty parents.
So Mom and Dad join them occasionally and we kick the bad guys bums, bootilicious, ba donka donk.
Never enough selfies in the world!
How could I not post this picture?
Zoey Zo had just got out of the tub and us girls decided to play with play doh.
The little climber that I'm raising (she must be a short t-rex since she climbs so much) sat on the table as my centerpiece.
And to be the most beautiful piece you must place your finger up your nose.
Aw well, we all got a little boogey in us, best to get it out!
Lucy's latest: She says really.
(Tiffany why would we care about this, she's 4, I would hope she has a plethora of words in her vocabulary.)
Geez guys give me a minute to tell the story.
Is your ice cream melting or something?
Actually mine is, it's chocolate with maraschino cherries on it, I didn't have caramel or whipped topping or that would be on there.
Just trying to get my daily dose of dairy, do what I can.
And if you put nuts on it..... that's a protein, therefore it is even healthier.

(Rounder)
You're welcome.
Guys try and focus, ADHD much?
I say really like a lot.
And it's usually when Lucy is overacting. (yeah I told you I said it a lot.)
It usually goes a little something like this.
Me: Really Lucy, really?
You have to get the tone right.
Anyway Lucy's added it her vocabulary with the correct tone, she says it to me a lot.
Payback kinda sucks.
Ice cream is melting, see ya!

I think the tree you are thinking of is called a cherry blossom tree (Google it) It also comes in white blossoms so be sure to get the pink one. I love mine! I just wished it bloomed longer.
