Lucy's got it down pat.  (Is that how that phrase goes?)

Lucy had just woken up from her nap and we threw the cat in her bed with her and started asking her where things are at, ya know because sometimes I forget where belly buttons and toes are located.

You see how Barney and Lenny are always close by, her best buddies.

For the last couple of weeks Lucy has been walking around the house saying "DJ"  (that's what it sounds like to me), but I know she's really saying BJ, off of Barney.

Someone has got a best buddy and wants him to go with her everywhere, I wonder if he's like her imaginary friend of sorts?

So Clay, Miss Lucy, and I are driving home from who knows where and she's in the back saying "BJ", "BJ", you know just chattin away.
Clay and I are laughing and then we start talking...
Clay: Well he's the best character on that show anyway.
Tiff: Yeah he's my favorite too.
Clay: He has a guitar, that's just cool.
Tiff: and the way he swings his arms is funny
Clay: yeah he's always doing that
Tiff: and anyone who can put up with an annoying sister like Baby Bop is just awesome in my book.

Are you still following? We had an entire conversation about Barney characters, AND we even have a favorite.  Good heck we need a vacation.


So I always have things to say because let's face it, if you'll listen I'll chat your ear off.  But I don't always have pictures so I have to borrow them from google images, and to be honest I think blogs without pictures are boring, after all pictures say a thousand words.  (What is it with me and the sayings/quotes?)

If I'm on my computer I'm on ITunes, either listening to my library or just listening to the blurbs of the top 100.
Is it just me or is music more shallow? (Is that the right word?)
The songs are absolutely pointless.  I will listen to just about any genre (Just not that screamer crap, because that's not music, and if it is then I need to start recording Lucy, cause dang we'd be rich with all her shrieks)
I just think a lot of them are copy cats, artists are using the music from old songs instead of creating new ones, the lyrics are dry and/or filthy.  I don't need to hear about their sex life, their is more to the world then sex, drugs, and money.
I dunno, their are some artists coming out with new stuff, but as of lately it's just the same old stuff, where is the thrill?
My library has more entertainment then the top 100, at least it has variety.
I'd just like to flip through the songs on the radio and not think these all sound the same.
