It started to slush today, just a little bit but it was enough to make me ache for summer. ( ok so it was probably the arthritis but either way I miss summer oh so much.) And I had some catching up to do on my blog anyway so here we are back to August.
Clay's parents came down and over to visit us.
And here we have Grandpa and Lucy putting together a model of our future home.
What a ham.
Grandma planned out a luau for us, because she's awesome.
The first time Lucy has held a gun, her aim is only slightly worse than mine.
Guns don't kill plastic cups, people do.
Ahhh I'm sorry I couldn't resist a bad joke when I saw it. :)
You'll notice Zoey isn't in most these pictures. This is when we sold her to some people who needed a guard dog.
All right no actually she was teething and just downright grumpy most the time, typical t-rex, so she was finally asleep-ahhhh sweet bliss.
Grandma took Lucy on a parrot egg hunt and Lucy was very proud of all the eggs she found.
We must count the eggs to make sure we aren't missing any and too see how much loot we brought in!
Ahhh the little t-rex finally warmed up to Grandma. :)
I kid I kid, the little girl has stolen everyone's heart we can't wait until she wakes up, and then we can't wait for nap time to come.
