On our way home from Washington we stayed at Clay's sister's house. Their neighbor has goats and a horse. And the three ladies of our house LOVE animals, the male is obviously out of his mind because he's not as obsessed as we are, we still love him anyway.
I'm still laughing about this. One of those naughty goats head butted both girls and knocked them on their tushes. They were less than pleased.
Rorschach, less than pleased that we went to play with the goats and not him.
Lucy, like her mother, loves horses. And has been begging to ride one ever since she discovered you do such things. Their neighbor kindly obliged the next morning.
Clay's sis leading around her daughter and horsey ( who has a name but that was months ago so I have forgotten Sir Horses Name.)
The happiest 6 year old this side of the Mississippi.
Never fear I don't have a broken ankle, I am just shaking the dirt out of my foot. Flip flops aren't the best horse attire.
I couldn't help myself, it's been a long time since I've been on a horse.
Lucy really is my scaredy girl, which is fine she just takes more time to get used to things but she had absolutely no problem with Sir Horsey. No fear whatsoever.
So I've decided to get a donkey for Christmas for us her. Donquixote!
(Don't tell Clay, he'll probably flip out or act irrational because a Donkey is living in our backyard.)
Goats are crazy!
